Lost books and late delivery
It is our policy to replace books that are lost or damaged in transit.
We will not be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied by you. Please ensure that you enter full and accurate details of the delivery address and the postal code of the recipient. Please double-check the address carefully when placing your order and on the order notification; if you notice an error after placing an order, email us as soon as possible with the correct details. In the event that a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
If the book that you have purchased has physical faults, either in its manufacture or from damage in the shipping process, please email us to request a replacement. In the case that replacement is not possible we will refund you. If your order has been supplied incorrectly, email us and we will make good any error or non-delivery. We cannot consider copies returned for other reasons.
